The proposed process would ask the applicant to demonstrate that they own the vehicle or are authorised to offer it. Applicant details and the vehicle record would need to agree.
Reviewers could compare the make, model, registration details and photos with the submitted profile. Changes to the vehicle or its configuration would need to be reflected in the listing.
A readiness review could include maintenance information, the condition of facilities and any identified faults. The scope of inspections, who performs them and renewal intervals remain to be defined.
The proposed process would establish what operational documents and checks are relevant to the vehicle and intended rental use. Requirements would need to be confirmed for each case before activation; this page is not a compliance determination.
REVIEW WORKFLOW
The current form collects basic vehicle details and photos. Do not upload identity documents or insurance paperwork into its photo fields; those fields are for listing images.
A future review workflow would explain which information is needed, why it is needed and how to provide it through an appropriate private channel. That document-submission feature is not currently offered.
An owner could be asked to clarify a mismatch, replace an unclear image or address an unresolved readiness issue. A request for more information would not imply approval or rejection.
The proposed system would record what was reviewed, when it was reviewed and what remains outstanding. Any future badge should describe its limited meaning rather than imply an unconditional safety guarantee.
Changes in ownership, vehicle configuration, operating arrangements or coverage could require another review. The future process would need a clear pause-and-reactivate procedure.
INSURANCE INTEGRATION
Insurance integration is a proposed connection between the rental workflow and a suitable insurance provider. No insurer partnership, policy, automatic cover or claim outcome is being offered by this website.
| Area | Proposed owner experience |
|---|---|
| Intended use | Confirm with the insurer whether the proposed rental arrangement and actual vehicle use fall within the policy. Do not assume an existing private-use policy includes rental use. |
| Drivers & trip details | Identify what the insurer needs to assess a trip, such as authorised drivers, dates, vehicle details and permitted travel areas. Eligibility rules would come from the applicable policy. |
| Coverage period | Show the agreed start and end of cover, how collection or return changes affect it and whether an extension needs separate confirmation. |
| Exclusions & owner exposure | Make the policy wording, exclusions, excess or deductible and any owner responsibilities available for review. A security deposit would not replace insurance. |
| Proof of cover | A future integration could attach a policy reference or coverage confirmation to the trip only after the provider confirms it. A booking request alone would not prove cover. |
| Incident & claim records | Provide access to the relevant contact and evidence requirements. Assessment, settlement and any exclusions would remain subject to the provider and policy terms. |
No premium, excess, coverage limit or insurance fee is confirmed here. The applicable policy and provider must establish these details before any covered rental begins.
OWNER PREPARATION

QUESTIONS ANSWERED
No. Registration records your interest and vehicle information. It does not certify condition, confirm operational permissions or provide insurance coverage.
No. Any future review label should state the checks performed and their timing. Owners would still need to maintain the vehicle, disclose material changes and complete a clear handover.
No. Insurance purchase and provider integration are not live features. No policy is issued or premium collected through this website.
The relevant insurance provider would assess a claim under the applicable policy. A future NomadStay workflow could help organise trip records, but would not guarantee a claim decision or payment.
