The planned listing would bring together the vehicle make, model, year, pickup area and a practical description. Owners could explain who the layout suits, how it drives and what makes a stay comfortable.
Sleeping capacity and belted travel seats should be shown separately. Owners could describe bed layouts, kitchen equipment, fresh-water storage, sanitation, power connections and the limits of each onboard system.
A useful gallery would show the exterior, driving area, sleeping arrangements, kitchen, bathroom and storage. Captions could explain convertible beds or equipment that needs a hub power connection.
The planned listing would explain collection and return arrangements, included equipment, permitted use, mileage assumptions and housekeeping expectations. Restrictions and additional charges should be visible before a traveller commits.
OWNER DASHBOARD
| Area | Proposed owner experience |
|---|---|
| Listing overview | See each vehicle and its proposed status, such as draft, submitted for review, changes requested, available or paused. These are planned listing states, separate from today’s registration status. |
| Availability calendar | Block personal-use dates and maintenance days, review trip requests and allow time between returns and new departures. A blocked date would not be offered to travellers. |
| Rates & inclusions | Set an indicative base rate and, once supported, date-based pricing, minimum stays and optional equipment. Preview the full traveller price before making changes. |
| Trip preparation | Find upcoming collection and return details, agreed equipment and handover tasks. Keep changes connected to the relevant trip. |
| Earnings & records | Review planned transaction summaries, adjustments and payout status. Future reports could separate rental revenue, platform charges and refunds; displayed totals would need reconciliation with actual transactions. |
| Vehicle readiness | Keep track of maintenance reminders, outstanding review requests and documents approaching expiry. Calendar blocks could help avoid offering a vehicle while work is due. |
LISTING JOURNEY
Submit the current owner form with contact information, vehicle details, amenities, photos and an indicative nightly rate. Your submission is private and can be found under My applications after signing in.
After registering, open My applications to preview the customer listing. You can refine the public title and description before publishing the displayed details and photos. Availability calendars and hosting-rule tools remain planned.
The proposed review stage would identify any vehicle, ownership, operational or coverage information still needed. A submitted application would not itself count as approval.
Owners can now publish a self-declared directory listing after reviewing its public preview. This is separate from verification and booking activation, which would depend on the relevant checks and agreed operating terms.
After activation, owners would update availability, facilities and conditions when they change, and pause the listing when the vehicle cannot be offered.
