START WITH YOUR PEOPLE

A home that fits the way you travel.

The right motorhome starts with your group, your daily routine and the kind of trip you want. Think about how the space will work when everyone is inside, as well as when you are out exploring.

For couples

A compact layout may suit a short escape with fewer belongings. Consider whether the sleeping area stays ready throughout the day or needs to be converted from seating each evening.

For families

Look for a clear sleeping arrangement, practical storage and enough room for meals and downtime. Ask about belted passenger seats separately from beds; sleeping capacity does not establish safe travel capacity.

For friends

Discuss bed sharing, luggage and privacy before choosing a layout. A larger vehicle may offer more space, but its dimensions and handling must also suit the driver and the planned route.

For a longer stay

Prioritise the facilities you will use every day: food storage, a comfortable sitting area, ventilation and reliable ways to replenish water and power. Confirm connectivity if your plans include work.

THE EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

Know what comes with your home.

Sleep & personal space

Ask for bed dimensions, the number of permanent and convertible beds, linen arrangements and storage space. Photos should help you understand the layout, not just the exterior.

Cooking & food storage

Confirm the available cooking equipment, refrigerator, sink, utensils and dining setup. Ask which appliances need a hub electricity connection and what can be used when parked elsewhere.

Water & sanitation

Check whether the vehicle has an onboard toilet or shower, how fresh water is supplied and where wastewater must be emptied. If facilities are limited, choose hub stops that fill those gaps.

Power & climate comfort

Ask about charging sockets, battery use, air conditioning and ventilation. Solar panels or onboard batteries do not automatically mean every appliance can run without a mains hookup.

Connectivity

Treat Wi-Fi as a feature to confirm, including whether it uses mobile data, any allowance and the expected coverage. Have an offline copy of your route and essential trip information.

Outdoor living

An awning, outdoor seating or other equipment can make stops more comfortable. Check what is included, how to set it up and whether the host location permits its use.

COMPARE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE

Look beyond the nightly rate.

The business plan uses indicative motorhome rates of RM 200–400 per night. These are planning assumptions, not live quotes. Use the homepage budget estimator as a starting point, then confirm the full cost when bookings become available.

BEFORE YOU SET OFF

Make the handover count.

Allow time to understand the vehicle with its owner or operator. A clear handover helps both sides agree on its condition and gives you confidence using the facilities.

GOOD QUESTIONS, BETTER CHOICES

Before you choose.

Can I choose and book a vehicle here?

You can browse host-published motorhome and hub listings in Find a stay. These listings are self-declared; live availability, booking and payments are not yet offered.

Are all vehicles equipped with the same facilities?

No. Facilities should be checked for each individual listing. The proposed platform is intended to make features and verification information clearer, but a feature mentioned on this guide is not a guarantee for any vehicle.

I own a motorhome. How do I get involved?

Use the owner registration form to submit contact details, vehicle information, facilities, photos and an indicative nightly rate. Registration is an expression of interest and does not automatically publish or approve a listing.
